Q: I am not able to add items to my shopping cart. How can I fix this?
A: Our website requires cookies to be enabled in your internet browser. 

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Click on 'Track Order' either at the top of the page or at the bottom in the footer, and log in to your account. On the left menu, click on 'My Orders' to view all of your past orders and their status.

Q. How do I change my billing or shipping address?
A: To update your account information, click on the "My Account" tab on the top of the page. Once you enter your email address and password you will see the current address we have on file. To update your address, simply click on your name and make any changes necessary. Alternatively if you only want to ship to a different address, but keep your billing address the same, simply check the box "This will be shipped to a different address" during checkout.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q. How can your prices be so low? Are your products damaged or customer returns?
A: We manufacture all our products and sell them through our retail store, so there is no middleman involved. We can pass on these saving to our customers in the form of low prices. All our products are new and have been manufactured under stringent quality control.

Q. What kind of brands do you carry?
A: Most of the items we carry are sold under our own brand. We stand behind our products and offer quality and value without asking our customers to pay the premium associated with other brands.

Q. I'm a wholesaler. Can I buy in bulk? Will I get a quantity discount?
